CORONAVIRUS INFORMATION

5th January 2022

Although the virus is still ongoing and worse in some areas, we are confident the festivals will be going ahead in 2022 and all campsites will be open.  We can assure you all our procedures for cleaning and sanitising the caravans remain at the highest level and will continue to do so throughout 2022.

3rd August 2021

We are pleased to be back delivering our caravans for holidays and events!

To assure you, our caravans are completely deep cleaned before and after hire.  Each caravan is sanitised before and after each hire to British Safety Standards BS EN 14476,

BS EN 1276 & BS EN 1650.  We use PPE and our cleaning products are hospital grade.

10th November 2020

Due to the Government's current guidelines, we are again in lockdown.  Our caravans are still available for isolation and shielding and to assure our customers, our caravans are completely deep cleaned before and after hire. Caravans are left for a minimum of 72 hours after any hire to reduce the risk of the coronavirus being present.  We use PPE and our cleaning products are hospital grade. Please don't hesitate to contact us for more information should you require it

20th March 2020

Paultons Caravan Hire is committed to keeping our guests and staff safe, informed and supported.

For now, we are fully operational and will remain so until such time that we are instructed by the Government to close.  We will of course keep you updated at all times.

Above all we want you to enjoy your holiday and time spent in our caravans. Following the announcement on Monday 16th March, we're responding to the latest Government guidance with immediate effect.

To give our guests the most flexibility, we are allowing customers to amend their bookings to dates any time between now and the end of 2020 (subject to availability).

If you are unable or no longer want to hire a caravan prior to that date, we will be happy to offer you the opportunity to roll over your booking to the 2021 season.  If, however, you cancel your booking the standard cancellation policy applies.

It's really important to us that if our guests have taken the decision to hire from us that they feel comfortable and safe.

We all have to take sensible precautions following the latest Government health and travel advice. We are proud of the cleanliness of our caravans and have taken on additional cleaning protocols. We would ask that if you are in our caravans, you follow the latest advice on hygiene and hand washing, and self-isolation at home for 14 days if you, or any of your party are displaying any symptoms. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any concerns or questions
